To prepare your child for the rigours of the next academic year, we are conducting intensive revision courses in December.

Enrol your child for the classes to give him/her a head start over his/her peers.

There are 2 sessions. You can choose Class 1 or 2. Pupils are expected to attend all the lessons (in their selected session).

Bridging Classes for P6 going to S1

The requirements of the Sec 1 English examination vary greatly from the requirements of the PSLE.

Next year, your child will be placed in a different environment from what they are used to in Pri 6. In the first two months, they will be busy adapting to this new environment. In addition, the school will arrange for orientation activities and camps to help them acclimatise to their new learning environment.

Your child will also be sitting for their first test as early as February, even though they may not have been exposed to all the skills (e.g. summary writing) required to excel in the test.

To prepare your child for the rigours of the tests or exams, we will be conducting a Bridging Course to expose your child to the requirements of both Paper 1 and Paper 2.

Enrol your child for the classes so as to give them a head start over their peers. We received great feedback from pupils who had previously attended the course. All of them, mentioned that their teachers only started teaching them summary writing skills in April. Hence, they found the Bridging course useful.

Secondary 1 to 4

You may want to take the opportunity to go on a holiday in June. As such, we are suspending the normal lessons. Instead, we would be conducting special lessons (Intensive Writing and Comprehension classes) to allow for more flexibility in terms of the choice of lessons and to reinforce the skills taught.

Each lesson is structured to be modular and independent, ensuring that participation in one lesson does not impact the learning outcomes of others.

There are at least 6 independent lessons in total for each level. All pupils are required to attend at least 4 lessons (Intensive Writing and/or Comprehension).e.g. a primary 3 pupil can choose lessons 311, 313, 321 ad 322.

Pupils are encouraged to attend as many lessons as possible.

In each lesson, a variety of skills will be taught to prepare pupils for the rigours of the English Language examination.

Hence the materials are specially designed to help pupils develop the strategies and skills necessary to excel in their examinations.

Most importantly, the materials are pedagogically written and based on the latest MOE syllabus.

The fee stated is for 4 lessons. If there are 3 or 5 lessons in a month, the fee will be prorated accordingly..

Secondary 1 to 4
